See the Best Chicago Neighborhoods for 2018…
Avondale
Avondale runs from Diversey to Addison, in between the Chicago River and Kennedy Expressway. While Chicagoans have loved longtime neighborhood cult-classic restaurants like Kuma’s Corner and Parachute, Avondale is gaining popularity as a place to settle and call home.
Bronzeville
A South Side neighborhood steeped in history, Bronzeville is in the midst of transformation. A growing development scene of gut-rehab greystones and single family homes is happening now across Bronzeville, nicely complimented by the neighborhood’s beautiful boulevard streets.
Noble Square
Noble Square is a community within the greater West Town area, which is seeing an influx of real estate activity. The neighborhood has an urban feel, while offering new construction and rehab opportunities. Located near Wicker Park and West Loop, Noble Square is attracting the young professional buyer (or tenant).
Buena Park
Buena Park fills the gap geographically between Lakeview and Uptown, tucked between Lake Michigan and Graceland Cemetery. Rising rent prices in Lincoln Park and Lakeview can entice renters north, and many will fall in love with quaint neighborly feel found in Buena Park.
Humboldt Park
A west side neighborhood with growing popularity, Humboldt Park is diverse and evolving. Many wish to live near the 606 trail in Humboldt Park to have access to nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square, where comparative rent prices tend to be higher.
