Basia Kosik has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 20 years and is a Gold Coast and Streeterville Specialist. Her concentration, by choice, to a limited geographical area allows her to truly be an expert.
Throughout her career she has represented clients, both buyers and sellers, while working for several different boutique firms. Early in her career, she learned firsthand much about the industry having worked both here and in Miami for a major developer managing all of the
sales in the Miami market. Although primarily a residential broker, working with a major developer allowed her to become educated and knowledgeable about commercial transactions too.
What attributes to her success, in addition to her personal graciousness, is her firsthand knowledge of investing, developing, and selling individual condos and homes for her own portfolio. As her own developer, Basia has gained valuable experience that she shares with clients.
In addition to regular real estate brokerage, the ability to identify and assess good investment properties for her clients that deliver high returns on their investments adds to her repertoire of tools. Creating wealth for her clients based on her own formula for successful investing allows her to relate intently to the goals of her clients assuring their success.

Basia is a European native having moved to the United States as a young adult. Originally settling in California, she now resides with her husband in Streeterville. Basia is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Bianka started her career in the real estate industry as a Team Assistant within Eldorrado Chicago Real Estate which holds her State of Illinois Leasing Agent License.
As Team Assistant, she served Alexis Eldorrado as well as two Buyer Brokers with all of their showing needs, client needs, and administrative duties. With one-on-one mentoring by Alexis Eldorrado, her knowledge of the real estate industry grew quickly. This combined with her aptitude for numbers and her extreme responsiveness and sensitivity to the needs of others has skyrocketed her career.
As part of the Eldorrado Group, Bianka has become a stellar leasing agent. Bianka does Lessor representation as well as Lessee Representation and brings a transaction from start to close seamlessly, smoothly, and timely for all involved parties.

Bianka grew up in the near western suburbs and attended Columbia College with a major in sign language of which she is proficient. Bianka is very involved in her Church serving in several ministries. She resides in the City of Chicago on the Northside. She is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She is also an active member of the Polish National Alliance.
