Kathy McLeod is a licensed real estate broker who has over eleven years experience with $10 million in real estate investments in Chicago. Kathy has lived in Chicago’s north side for 16 years. Prior to entering the real estate field, Kathy was a project manager for a high tech computer company. Her professional expertise in that arena ensures an efficient and well organized real estate buying or selling experience for her clients.

Kathy strongly believes that open, honest communication, integrity and trust will lead to a win-win situation for everyone involved, whether it’s a real estate transaction or any other dealings in life.

Kathy is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Kathy grew up in Denver, Colorado and Madison, Wisconsin where she attended the University of Wisconsin and received a Bachelor of Science degree. When not busy with her clients, Kathy enjoys cooking, reading, and experiencing Chicago’s diverse attractions and culture with her husband and two children.
