Josue (pronounced Joshua) is extremely passionate about real estate. Successful in sales in his native Brazil, Josue aspired to develop a successful real estate career in Chicago. Highly trained and phenomenally brilliant with negotiating and finance, while being very warm and friendly, has lent itself well to the development of a successful real estate career. With many years as an accomplished Realtor with another Chicago brokerage firm, Josue was attracted to Eldorrado Chicago Real Estate because of the aesthetics of their marketing and their technological savvy.

Josue’s passion for real estate comes from the satisfaction he receives assisting his clients in making an excellent investment. Honesty, diligence, and treating his clients the way he wants to be treated has resulted in much repeat business, referrals, and clients for life. His reputation precedes him in every transaction.

When he is not busy in the field with his clients, Josue enjoys reading, playing soccer, attending church and listening to music. He resides in Bucktown which is on the near north side of Chicago. He now feels Chicago is his home and loves the beauty of the city, the numerous cultural attractions, and the many diverse ethnic restaurants. Nicole Haley, a licensed real estate broker, is a legend in the industry due to her extensive multi-faceted experience. Nicole graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from George Williams College. Having worked as a Development Director for a national charity, she believes strongly in supporting worthy causes. She makes a donation from every transaction to the Make a Wish Foundation helping children with life-threatening medical conditions. She resides with her family in the Chicago area and enjoys all that the city has to offer.

Chon Lemon is an experienced professional property manager and Realtor. A Chicago native, residing on Chicago’s north side in the Old Town area, Chan has many interests in addition to real estate.   Tennis, traveling, and reading are among her favorite.  Like all Eldorrado Chicago Real Estate agents she actively supports the Make A Wish Foundation of Illinois through financial contributions from each real estate transaction.  What she loves most about Chicago, is the diversity.  She asks, “Where else can you go to sample every ethnicity within just a few blocks?”  She is certain that Chicago has the best restaurants, nightlife, festivals, and a lakefront that sometimes parallels the Caribbean waters.

Kathy McLeod is a licensed real estate broker who has over eleven years experience with $10 million in real estate investments in Chicago. Kathy has lived in Chicago’s north side for 16 years. Prior to entering the real estate field, Kathy was a project manager for a high tech computer company. Her professional expertise in that arena ensures an efficient and well organized real estate buying or selling experience for her clients.

Kathy strongly believes that open, honest communication, integrity and trust will lead to a win-win situation for everyone involved, whether it’s a real estate transaction or any other dealings in life.

Kathy is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Kathy grew up in Denver, Colorado and Madison, Wisconsin where she attended the University of Wisconsin and received a Bachelor of Science degree. When not busy with her clients, Kathy enjoys cooking, reading, and experiencing Chicago’s diverse attractions and culture with her husband and two children.

Chrissy Toledo was thrilled to become a real estate agent in 2003. After completing her first year in the business, she was awarded a certificate of recognition from the Chicago Association of Realtors for selling over 5 million dollars worth of real estate in the Chicagoland area.

After getting married in 1992, Chrissy and her husband had the opportunity to invest in real estate while living in Omaha, Nebraska. Every real estate investment they have made over the last 14 years has been extremely successful. Her personal experience and her desire to help others find the same success in real estate, made it obvious to her in 2003 that she should obtain a license to sell real estate.

She absolutely loves the fulfillment that she receives from finding her client’s property. When it comes to first time buyers, Chrissy says, “It’s wonderful knowing that I am actually helping them place their resources into something that will strengthen their financial future.” Chrissy understands that investors often have hectic schedules and need an agent who will find what they are looking for – and fast. She enjoys the energy that goes into these type of agent/client relationships.

Chrissy believes that the secret to doing good business revolves around three things, which she strives to provide to each client: 1) attentiveness 2) discernment 3) loyalty. Agents must be attentive – listening to the client’s desires and needs. Agents also need to have discernment – distinguishing what to do in the best interest of the client. Lastly, and most importantly, she believes in being loyal to her clients – loyalty results in long term agent/client relationships.

She joined Eldorrado Chicago Real Estate after meeting Alexis Eldorrado and being introduced to her philosophy in business. She was struck by her integrity, passion and commitment to her clients. She found it refreshing to meet a woman that had been in the business for many years, who had already attained success - yet had a fresh, cutting-edge approach to the business. She was very impressed with the marketing tools she uses to sell properties and she respects the principles she personally lives by.

More than anything, Chrissy loves raising her kids and being a wife. She is also a choir director and pianist for her local church. Her family has been involved in church ministry for several generations both in Chicago and in New York City. In her free time, one of the things she enjoys is visiting her daughter at Starbucks where she works part-time, and working on her computer while drinking a latte.

Chrissy was born and raised in New York City but has had the pleasure of living in Rhode Island and Nebraska for periods of time in her life. She currently lives on the North Side of Chicago in a charming historic brick bungalow.
